"Doc" Rockwell

Here we take extreme pleasure in presenting to you a booklet full of the humor of George Lovejoy Rockwell, father of George Lincoln Rockwell.

Aside from its thoroughly enjoyable content, one will be able to easily detect the influences - of humor, of artistry, of showmanship - that were passed along to the younger Rockwell who went on to make huge use of it all in his political efforts.

"Doc" Rockwell, as he was known in vaudeville show business, was a successful, headlining comedian both on Broadway as well as in a syndicated newspaper column during the teens, twenties, and thirties.

His son, George Lincoln, adored him and fully credited him for the talents that he himself possessed. George Lovejoy, however, did not condone his eldest son's political views, having been closely associated with so many Jewish types in show business.

So enjoy now this rare piece of history as it did actually help lay the foundation of the future American Nazi Party.
